My mother and I are sitting in the living room and reading

Dear readers, this evening my mother and I are sitting together and reading in quiet companionship. It is a delightful experience.

I am much obliged to my dear father for taking this photo. We are both wearing our pajamas and are quite comfortable.

My mother is reading The Benedict Option by Rod Dreher.
I am reading Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen.

It is my solemn wish that all of you readers will be able to pass some evenings in your life in as delightful a fashion as my mother and I have passed this one.
